Rima is the founder of several other organizations including the Canadian Association of Immigrant Professionals, Willis Cybersecurity Academy, A Soldier’s Hero for Military Spouses Scholarships, Engaging Women in Cybersecurity Global Forum and founding director of the Veteran Friendly Transition Program.

She is the only Canadian represented on Microsoft’s Education Advisory Council, has been a frequent invited guest speaker and has appeared on many magazines as the cover page stories.

She has received numerous national and international recognitions for her contribution to post- secondary education including 2018-19 Global Cyber Startup Observatory Cyber Hall of Fame Canada, France and US Slides.

Rima Aristocrat has recently been appointed as honorary Colonel for the Canadian Forces Network Operations Centre (CFNOC).

Rima Aristocrat is the current president of 25-year-old TeKnoWave Inc. offering industry-led, job-ready skills training and education / community development enabling adults to transition into careers in business, healthcare, technology, and Cybersecurity. As the president and CEO of Willis College for 35 years, Rima provided leadership to a team that was focused on providing education and training to all Canadians in the Ottawa area. As the founder and president of TeKnoWave Inc, Canada’s first national indigenous nonprofit organization, Rima continues to provide leadership, programs geared to indigenous community development.
