Elevate Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Summit

In Celebration of International Women’s Day, an invitation to the ​2019 Elevate Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Summit ​which will be held on March 8, 2019, in Ottawa, Ontario.

This inaugural annual summit will be part of the Elevate Women Initiative dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and economic empowerment; aligning with Canada’s commitment to encourage an increase number of women in senior decision-making positions and advancement of gender equity in Canadian companies.This leadership Summit is designed to empower the workforce through constructive dialogues and the advancement of inclusive, responsible and effective leadership. As a result of the summit, Elevate International will publish a collective Gender Diversity Best Practices Guide that will include constructive ideas from all participating companies organizations. This report will be shared with leaders and corporations across Canada to further support those who are continuously seeking to improve gender diversity amongst the leaders of our society.As leader we intite you to share best practices that continue to help your organization advance gender diversity in leadership; then we invite you to be part of the constructive conversation creating innovative approaches to advancing women in senior decision making positions.
